Scientific interests

My research focuses on improving mental health by investigating serotonergic and brain imaging markers related to depression risk for women in the reproductive age. I place a particular emphasis on risk mechanisms and individual vulnerability during hormonal transitions such as perinatal period and the initiation of hormonal contraceptives.
