I am interested in cognitive function,
serotonin receptor mapping and beta-amyloid deposits in patients
suffering from depression and Alzheimer''s diseasse. My PhD
project focuses on PET imaging of the cerebral 5-HT4 receptor in humans
in relation
to sex, aging and Alzheimer’s disease. The aim is to investigate
the human in
vivo 5-HT4 receptor binding with the novel PET radiotracer
[11C]SB207145 in
relation to sex, aging and Alzheimer's disease.
